By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your region of residence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are stated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, because our products are fresh, handmade food items, the actual product may vary slightly from the photographs. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
We are committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, please review our policy regarding returns and refunds below. If you have any inquiries, please don’t hesitate to contact our store.
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns of any food items once they have been delivered or picked up. We kindly ask that you choose carefully before placing your order.
The process of preparing your order commences promptly upon confirmation. Once your order is confirmed with the store, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.
Refunds or credits may be approved only under the following specific circumstances:
Damaged or Spoiled Products: If the food is damaged during transit or is found to be unfit for consumption (spoiled/perished) at the time of delivery.
Incorrect Products Delivered: If the items received do not match your order confirmation.
Missing Items: If an item you paid for was not included in your delivery.
Note: To process a refund for damaged or spoiled items, we may require photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery to verify the condition of the product.
Credit Card Transactions: For approved refunds, you will receive a refund equivalent to the erroneous sales price. We initiate all refund processes without delay. Depending on your bank’s protocols, it may take up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Cash Payments (In-store/Pickup): For cash transactions, any price differences due to errors will be settled in cash or provided as a store credit, depending on the situation.
Shipping and Delivery Costs
Original delivery or shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event of a full refund due to our error (e.g., spoiled products or delivery failure), the delivery fee may be included in the refund amount at the store’s discretion.
4. Allergen Information
Several of our food items include allergens such as gluten, crustaceans, tree nuts, eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, soy, nuts, sulphites, mustard, sesame, and lupin.
Our recipes have been thoroughly examined with a focus on potential cross-contamination scenarios in our kitchen. Nevertheless, we are unable to assure the complete absence of allergens in any of our dishes.
As our valued guest, we kindly request that you inform one of our staff members—or leave a clear note during the online checkout process—regarding any food allergies or intolerances you or anyone in your group may have before placing an order. By doing so, we can work towards minimizing any potential risks.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit your rights as a consumer under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If you are purchasing products for business purposes, the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply.
These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand.
