Order Returns

Due to food safety and the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or picked up. However, we offer refunds or credits in the following cases:

  • The food arrived damaged or spoiled.
  • You received the incorrect item.
  • An item from your order is missing.

Because we deal with food products, physical returns are not required or accepted. If there is an issue with your order (damage or spoilage), please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. To process your request quickly, please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the product’s condition.

Since we do not accept the physical return of food items for hygiene reasons, there are no return shipping costs involved. Please note that original delivery fees are generally non-refundable. However, if a refund is issued due to our error (such as spoiled or incorrect items), we will review the delivery fee refund on a case-by-case basis.

Generally, exchanges are not possible because our products are perishable. However, if you receive a product that is spoiled or unfit for consumption, we can arrange a replacement of the same item at no additional cost. Please report any such issues within 24 hours of delivery.
