Shipping and Delivery Information

At COOKTOP, we are dedicated to bringing our fresh, high-quality food from our kitchen straight to your table. Please review our pickup and delivery guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Order Pickup (Click & Collect)

If you prefer to collect your order directly from our store, your food will be freshly prepared and ready for pickup by 2:00 PM on the following day.

• Notification: You will receive a notification email as soon as your order is ready for collection.

• Rescheduling: If you need to arrange a different pickup time, please send a text message to 020 and include your ORDER NUMBER so we can accommodate your request.

2. Delivery Information

We offer an early-morning doorstep delivery service to ensure you wake up to fresh food.

• Cut-off Time: For orders placed before 12:00 PM (Noon), delivery will be scheduled for the next working day.

• Delivery Window: Your food will be conveniently delivered to your doorstep between 5:30 AM and 6:30 AM.

Please note: While we make every effort to adhere to our specified delivery timeframes, various external factors (such as traffic or weather) can influence delivery times. We aim to meet these windows but cannot strictly guarantee them due to potential unforeseen circumstances.

3. Important: Shipping Address Details

To facilitate a smooth and accurate delivery—especially during our early morning delivery window—please ensure that your shipping address includes the recipient’s complete address, any necessary delivery instructions (e.g., gate codes), and up-to-date contact information.

4. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated as below:

(1) Auckland

• Order under $49.99: $10
• Order $50 – $99.99: $5
• Order $100 or more: Free Delivery

(2) Hamilton

• You can pickup your order at 24 Pickering crescent, Chedworth, Hamilton 3210 every Sunday between 1pm – 3pm.
• All orders for Hamilton pickup is for FREE.

Don’t see your suburb? Please note that some suburbs might not be listed within the delivery zones mentioned above. However, delivery services may still be available for your specific location. Please contact us at info@cooktop.co.nz to confirm delivery availability and pricing for unlisted areas.
